uPCN Release Notes

2016-12-02 V0.4 "Denali"
The main goal of this release was to port uPCN to the POSIX interface. 

Changes include:
* Restructured uPCN to make it work against a generic, platform independent interface
* Add POSIX support
* Improved Bundle serialization / throughput
* Extended test tools
* Several bug fixes

Next steps on the roadmap:
* Support for BPbis
* Modular routing component to easily extend uPCN by different routing algorithms
